About Us
With over twenty years of turf grass knowledge and experience, Matt Webb opened the doors of Athletic Field Specialists in 2004 to service the Houston and surrounding areas with a concentration on high quality field construction and maintenance. Since its inception, AFS has grown its customer base year over year due to its focus on quality workmanship, attention to detail, and most importantly, ensuring that the customer would have peace of mind in selecting Athletic Field Specialists for its projects, no matter how big or small.
Today, AFS maintains such high end complexes as, University of Houston competition athletic fields, Rice University competition athletic fields, Houston Baptist University competition athletic fields, along with constructing the softball field and new soccer field at Stephen F. Austin University. Additionally, we constructed the new Houston Dynamo Championship Practice Field as well as installing and growing in the new Houston Dynamo BBVA Stadium Turf.
